whole, not instant

plain, whole milk yogurt

fresh ground flaxseed

pinch
sea salt
Blueberries, pecans, other desired toppings
Instructions
Add the ingredients in order (not the toppings) to a mason jar. Do not stir. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir the mixture and add toppings!
