Shamrock Shake
Great any day but fun if you're looking for a St. Patrick's Day breakfast! Photo and recipe adapated from drhardick.com.
Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 Scoops vanilla protein powder Grass-fed whey, pea or rice are best
- 1 cup unsweetened, non-dairy milk or water
- 1.5 cups ice
- 1 cup spinach
- 1-2 drops peppermint oil/extract
- Stevia to taste
- cocao nibs optional
- Water or non-dairy milk as needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and mix until smooth. Add additional liquid if needed.
