Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 Scoops vanilla protein powder Grass-fed whey, pea or rice are best
  • 1 cup unsweetened, non-dairy milk or water
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1-2 drops peppermint oil/extract
  • Stevia to taste
  • cocao nibs optional
  • Water or non-dairy milk as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and mix until smooth. Add additional liquid if needed.
