Flax and Blueberry Vanilla Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats whole, not instant
- 1/2 cup plain, whole milk yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ground flaxseed
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Blueberries, pecans, other desired toppings
Instructions
- Add the ingredients in order (not the toppings) to a mason jar. Do not stir. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir the mixture and add toppings!
