Flax and Blueberry Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats whole, not instant
  • 1/2 cup plain, whole milk yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ground flaxseed
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Blueberries, pecans, other desired toppings

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients in order (not the toppings) to a mason jar. Do not stir. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir the mixture and add toppings!
